About Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Mahraj

Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Mahraj is considered as a spiritual leader, Jagadguru and people feel blessed to have got enlightened in his guidance. He is a strong pillar for making people realize the spirituality within and the way to conquer peace and happiness. Shri Kripaluji Maharaj's endless shower of Divine Bliss on devotees brings people from around the world towards his Ashram. He has the knowledge of all Vedic scriptures and Upanishads. Kripaluji Maharaj is lovingly called Maharaj ji by his devotees. His Sankirtans bring a wave in the hearts of devotees and they feel the presence of the divine in front of them. His literature has helped & inspired souls that are seeking the true Bliss of Shree Krishna.
Shri Kripaluji Maharaj ji was born in Mangarh, Pratapgarh District, near Allahabad in the year 1922. In childhood he delighted the hearts of everyone around him with his sweet smile and serene look. He spent his childhood in the village, attending a local school, but it was apparent to the villagers that Shri Maharaj Ji was an unusual child with divine nature. The Managarhs considered him extraordinary and revered him, even as a boy. They found him mischievous and delightfully eccentric, and whoever met Shri Maharaj Ji was immediately fond of him. As a custom of those times in the traditional families, his elderly people got him married at an early age. He had extraordinary virtues and people observed the deep philosophy he had. When he was fourteen years of age he went to Indore to study Sanskrit
literature, and, amazed his teachers as he mastered all within two years. His teachers were stunned by the knowledge and the intelligence of this young boy. 
At the young age of 16, he attained the highest stage of Divine Love- Mahabhav Samadhi during that period he spent many years meditating in the dense forests of Chitrakut. After that he spent his time not only in self realization which he had achieved but now to guide others on the path of Divine love. He walked to Chitrakut and Sharbhang and graced the deserving souls living there. He stayed in the Bhao state and there gave Sankirtans on Radha Krishna, every one present and listening to those Sankirtans experienced the Divine love of the Radha in him. That was the impact his Sankirtans had. In the same state of Divinely-absorbed-consciousness he moved towards Mahoba and then to Jhansi.
